Bump 2 Baby – 3rd Trimester (General Programming)

The Bump to Baby 3rd Trimester program is general programing developed for 3rd trimester (weeks 28-40) with an option to continue throughout postpartum recovery. The program is 3-4 days a week with optional 5-6 days of light workouts. The workouts will be appropriate to mama to be and needs of baby. Following the end of the 40 weeks or birth there is an option to continue onto the postpartum program.
