Bump 2 Baby – 2nd Trimester (General Programming)

The Bump to Baby 2nd Trimester program is general programming developed for the 2nd trimester (weeks 14-28) with an option to continue throughout the 3rd trimester. The program is 3-4 days a week with optional 5-6 days of light workouts. The workouts will be appropriate for Mama to be and the needs of the baby. Following the end of the 28 weeks, there is an option to continue onto the 3rd trimester.
