Bump To Baby Postpartum

Bump to Baby Postpartum program is general programing developed for postpartum recovery and workouts. The Program is 3-4 days a week with optional 5-6 days of light workouts for 8 weeks. There is an option to continue to daily programing following the end of the 8 weeks. Workouts will be appropriate to mama and needs of baby.
